How the repayment methods differ.

Reducing balance EMI
Each instalment is the same. Interest is worked out on the balance still owed, so the interest part shrinks over time.

Flat rate EMI
Interest is worked out on the original amount for the whole tenure, then spread evenly across the instalments.
- 03
Interest monthly, principal at the end
You pay only interest each month and repay the full amount borrowed in the final payment.
